Eleventh Doctor Trailer….
Well one thing missing from the final episode of David Tennant’s run on Doctor Who was a trailer so we can see what to expect in the upcoming series. You’ll get a look at the new TARDIS, new Console Room, new companion, and new, new, new, Doctor. And in totally unrelated news, I found this by way of Felicia Day and Nathan Fillion, both of whom I follow on Twitter. At the bottom you can vote as to who is the best gay/bi man of the decade. Right now it looks like Torchwood’s Captain Jack, John Barrowman is number one. Also on the list is Dr. Horrible’s NPH, LOTR’s Gandalf and the original Star Trek’s Mr. Sulu, George Takei.

They showed it on BBC America about 13 minutes into Demons, which followed Dr Who. It was poor quality, as if they didnt use HD cameras, it had the same quality as the above video

it looks different in the first few seconds, there is a circle on the right door, and the windows look clean. I’m hoping that the scene around 00:20 is the new interior, looks like a clean version of the most recent one. Yeah he uses a gun but I don’t think he’s pointing it at anyone. The Doctor wouldn’t actually use a gun EVER as we just saw.

Yeah. it’s a whole new TARDIS prop. It’s been reconstructed to look more like the original with the St John’s Ambulance seal and the white window panes. I’m thinking what we saw of the console room was work in progress as the Doctor repairs the TARDIS after the crash. The Daleks look a bit different as well. It didn’t have the large, blue eye stalk. The Doctor will also have a new sonic screwdriver. So things are changin’ all around…

Keep in mind that clip is most likely the first two or three eps. I don’t see the need to jump right into changing everything off the bat. Took the 10th a few eps to get into character.
Im kinda hoping for a darker Doctor. Like the 7th, minus rainbow outfits.

I think you’re thinking of the Sixth Doctor. He had the clown suit. I agree in that what we saw was footage mainly from the first episode (as he’s still wearing Ten’s shirt, tie and trousers). But I can’t wait to see what he’s gonna do to make the role his own. I know I was enjoying Tennant in the part, but what sealed it for me was in “The Impossible Planet” when he said he was gonna hug the captain. I was just highly amused by that and I thought “This is MY Doctor…”
