Gallifrey One reported that the Doctor made a little cameo in the comic This Modern World by way-out-in-left-field cartoonist, Tom Tomorrow. While Doctor Who pops up from time to time in British political cartoons, it’s virtually unheard of in the US.

And by a totally strange coincidence (and in no way an obviously shameless plug…), the Doctor and Martha happen to have a featured cameo in today’s Bored and Evil. Joe and his best friend, Goonie, use their Pleasentville remote to zap themselves into Doctor Who so they can steal the TARDIS and go back in time.
