If you somehow find yourself driving through Wales and you happen to come across a road sign with a dalek on it, you are not seeing things. Thanks to shows such as Doctor Who and Torchwood filming in Cardiff, Wales is going from the Kentucky of the UK to a tourist hotspot. To help promote the Doctor Who Exhibition at the Red Dragon Centre in Cardiff Bay, council workmen erected new tourism signs featuring the daleks as they are the most recognized Doctor Who character. Jackie Jones, exhibition manager, said that since Doctor Who has started filming in Cardiff they have seen a surge of visitors. For more info CLICK HERE.
