Although the writers of Doctor Who have given us years of great stuff to watch sometimes they write stuff that is unintentionally funny. With that in mind I bring you the first Doctor Who Top 20 List. Granted, there is so much Who out there that there is bound to be many, many more. one of the first Doctor Who shows i ever saw. personal favorite and the way tennant delivers it makes it twice as good.
