Partners In Crime Discussion…
While we wait for volcano day, I thought I’d add a new category to the site, “Doctor Discussion”. Here we can discuss the finer points of the most recent aired episode openly. This means that there will be spoilers. However the discussion will start after the jump at the bottom of the post. So click at your own risk!
We kind of had a big surprise when Rose showed up at the end of the episode. Yeah, the BBC can’t keep a secret and we knew she was going to be back, just not so soon. However, who said it was Rose? Maybe it could be a shapeshifting alien who wants to mess with the Doctor’s head or something. I know there would be quite a few fans who would be dissapointed if this were the case, but I think it’d be pretty cool. Comments?

Maybe not a shapeshifter…from what I (currently) figure, it’s an after-image of some type; maybe even an imprint of Rose’s consciousness on our dimension, seeing as her real self is indisposed elsewhere.
Unfortunately, guesses aside, we have no earthly clue what Davies is planning yet. Time will tell, I guess.

I figure they’ve managed to get the dimensional barrier breeched again, but only in the vicinity of the TARDIS, it acting as either a lynchpin or power source on this side - and perhaps only for those who have allready crossed between the two.

ok ep, with a good ending with rose.
I like the idea she can only come into this world near the Tardis.
And I want to make the call right now the big twist of this season will be that while davros is the main baddie he is being secretly manipulated by the rani

Personally, I do not like donna noble. She bothers me. She seems way to emotional for me. Martha was much more controlled with her emotions. Donna however seems more erratic and odd. The episode however i did like. Wonderful writing again. The window conversation was hilarious. Rose’s appearance was rather shocking to me. Does anybody else think its possible that the Torchwood from Rose’s demension has found a way to re-open the rift? just a thought.
