Another April Fool’s Day?
Contactmusic.com is reporting that professional crack addict, Amy Winehouse is set to star as the Rani in the upcoming season of Doctor Who. Of course we here had a little bit of fun the other day with our article about Tim Roth becoming the eleventh Doctor and one can only hope that this too is just a belated April Fool’s day prank. …I think that the Rani is supposed to be sexy. Or at the very least, attractive.

Agreed, unless it’s supposed to be a version of the Rani that’s like a thousand years old or something. Kind of like what the Master did to the Doctor…

The date on the article is April 1st (01/04/2008 09:54:00). So odds are it is another April Fools’ Day joke.
