A Rumor and A Near Truth
In addition to the rumored return of the Rani this season is the speculated return of not only the Daleks but their mad scientist daddy Davros as well, reports The Daily P.O.P.
Davros, first seen in the Fourth Doctor serial ‘Genesis of the Daleks’, has not been seen on screen since he faced the Seventh Doctor in ‘Remebrance of the Daleks’, though he was mentioned (but not by name) by the Ninth Doctor in the episode ‘Dalek’ as ‘king of his own little world.’
It was announced some time ago that Georgia Moffett, the daughter of Peter Davison (better known as the Fifth Doctor) would be appearing in the new series. It is now heavily rumored that she will portray the DNA cloned offspring of the Doctor in the fourth series episode ‘The Doctor’s Daughter’. It looks like the life of the ‘Last of the Time Lords’ is rapidly being populated with more Time Lords as last year witnessed the rebirth and possible death of the Master and this year is likely to feature The Rani and the Doctor’s daughter.

I’m not sure about DNA cloning, but we do know that the Doctor’s daughter (Susan’s mother? In a flashback, perhaps?) will be shown in an upcoming episode with that title.
I personally have a feeling that we’ll be seeing A LOT more Time Lords before this current series ends. “Journey’s End” for the Doctor could really only be one place - assuming that it is the Doctor’s journey the title refers to.
